All you could want is located just at the building surrounds: The Alex Pantry Cafe, Thai restaurant, fish & chips, ice cream, an authentic French patisserie offering a divine selection of pastries and excellent coffee for your breakfast and the Blue Bar Hotel. Alex beach is across the road and a few minute's walking distance is the patrolled beach and skate park. Here you will find Alex Surf Club with its Bluff Bar offering happy hours and live music and a Beach Kiosk with excellent seating and majestic views. Mooloolaba is a 5 min drive or 15 min walk away where you can enjoy a family day at Sea Life Aquarium. The Wharf area has been renovated and has added amazing eateries with River and Marine views. Close by is a must visit to Cotton Tree, another amazing park area for river view walks and playground. Or you can swim in the beautiful fresh, clean Maroochy River or hire stand up paddle and kite surfing. The newly renovated and expanded Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre is a 5 min drive away or there is a bus stop directly across the road. It has a great kids game zone, zip line, outdoor restaurant, cinemas and many shops to suit all tastes.
Guest Access
You have private use of the unit. One Car-parking at the security garage- Visitor car-parking can be used for the 2nd car (access from the lateral road). The Resort facilities are for the common use of guests and owners and is required to follow the Resort guidelines of hours and restrictions. Please see the House manual to get familiar with it all.
