THE UNIT INSIDE: The unit is decorated in true Hampton style, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with ocean views. We present you with a unique and comfortable place to spend your holiday where you have the best inside and outside to provide the "Wow factor". BEDROOMS: Main bedroom- has a large King-size bed where you totally relax and enjoy the ocean view, with AC, ceiling fan, a small wardrobe and ensuite. The 2nd bedroom - has a Queen-size bed, and a glimpse of the ocean, a ceiling fan, and a wardrobe. LOUNGE ROOM: Has Air-Con, fans, style sofa that fit comfortable a whole family. Large TV. KITCHEN: Our kitchen has been recently renovated with new granite bench top, Large modern fridge, coffee machine to make your espresso, cappuccino or latte as they make in the shops. Note, this home has NO Microwave. ACCESSIBILITY: The unit is step free entrance and bathrooms have level access to the shower. No bath- Small step to access the balcony There is Elevator from the car parking up to the unit. THE VIEW: The open plan lounge, kitchen and balcony with ocean views have a harmony set-up with a large dining table, comfortable indoor and outdoor couches, a well-equipped kitchen, a large smart TV, AC and fan. FACILITIES: The apartment is located 3rd floor in a Resort complex with the best facilities you could wish for: a beach pool with white sand, a lap pool, 2 spas, 3 barbecue island areas, gym & sauna. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is available from 3 p.m. onwards, and check-out is by 10 a.m. We recommend planning accordingly. If you have early or late flights, or are traveling with infants and require early check-in, please let us know. While we cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out, you may secure these options for an additional fee, subject to availability. The location is perfect. You have everything close by. Under the building, you have a convenience store "The Alex Pantry", fish & chips, BWS shop, an amazing French patisserie"Le Petite Souris" with divine pastries and coffees, Gelato Italian Icecream, the "Alex Hotel" pub on the other corner, and an Asian restaurant. Across the road is the Alex Surf beach- with the patrolled area diagonally opposite, at the Surf Club and the skate park area. Mooloolaba is a 5 mins drive or 15 min walking to enjoy a day at Under Water Seaworld that attracts children and adults. There newly renovated Wharf area that has amazing eateries with river and Marine views. Close by is Cotton Tree, which is another amazing area for kids, and adults to relax and play. It has a playground, stand up paddle hire and kite surfing in the Maroochy River area. Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre is a 5 min drive and has a great kids game zone, outdoor restaurant and many shops for browsing and find ing some new gifts for you and your family.

Guest access

Full unit - 1 car bay- 2nd car can be on the visitor or off-street park, resort facilities. There is an elevator to access the apartment from the basement car park- also, trolleys to help you with your luggage are provided- you need a refundable dollar coin to release.

We had an incredibly relaxing stay over the long weekend. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach right across the road—and the beautiful pools on-site offered plenty of ways to unwind, which is exactly what we did. The interiors were so comfortable that I often found myself wanting to stay indoors and relax. The main bedroom’s bed was like sleeping on a cloud—I even hoped for rainy days just to curl up with a book and enjoy it even more. Valeria was wonderfully responsive and helped us out with a minor issue that wasn’t related to the unit itself, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

Great stay at Valeria's! The moment you walk into this spacious apartment the “wow” factor grabs you with that stunning view. Really well laid-out, open plan kitchen, living room and dining room with tons of space. The living room couch was so big and comfy! Spotlessly clean. Tastefully decorated. Good water pressure in showers. Everything provided. The building is nicely set back from the main road, separated by a wide median strip/small park so it feels a bit more private than some of the other places that are right over the road. That said, there is still some traffic noise but that would be the case at any sea view property along the beach in this area. So worth it for the view and walkability! Small supermarket right below, and several eateries. Valeria was great, super friendly and communicative.
