The 3 Bed beachside unit has a spacious balcony facing the beach letting in the sea breeze and sound of the waves crashing at night. With direct ocean access and full facilities including outdoor spa, pool, tennis court, gym and a small basketball court to keep you entertained when you are not at the beach. For the kids, there is a playground located 30m and a skateboard park only 80m along a path, which leads to several patrolled beaches, shops, cafes, fuel station and grocery store.

THE UNIT: Our beachside, well-appointed 3-bedroom unit offers a spacious and comfortable living area, ideal for families or groups. Unwind in style and savor the magnificent ocean breeze from the balcony. All three bedrooms have a queen bed, quality linen, fans and a good space wardrobe. The main bedroom has an ensuite, walking robe and TV. The lounge room has AC & a large TV and complimentary High-Speed Wi-Fi for remote work or streaming internet to sign in to your preferred app. The kitchen offers a large fridge, dishwasher, plus stove and oven, microwave and a large cooking preparation area leading out to the spacious outdoor dining area. Laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron board and iron. A portable cot and a high chair are available upon request during your stay (guests to bring child linen). ACCESSIBILITY: The Unit is on the 1st floor access by stairs Only-Underground parking for 1 car (high is 2.2m)- the 2nd car can stay in the ample visitor car parking Resort-Style Amenities: Enjoy an outdoor spa, pool, tennis court, gym, sauna and a basketball court on-site for active and relaxing days. Pristine white sand beaches from Coolum to Marcoola with several patrolled areas – including directly in front of the resort. Shops, cafes, fuel station and parks are all within walking distance. 10 min drive to popular surfing spots incl First Bay in Coolum or Alex Headland and Mooloolaba’s tourist hub. The renovated Wharf and Sea World are a must to visit. The hinterland Eumundi Market is a famous spot to bronzing handmade artistic arts and located approx. 30min drive from the resort. Get your picnic gear for a day out at the Noosa National park surround by stunning beaches. Australian Zoo is also, a full day entertainment for the whole family.

Our unit is beachfront with garden views, situated in the heart of Marcoola Beach. Our 3-bedroom apartment is surrounded by attractions, landmarks, and notable places. You'll have easy access to resort facilities, beach activities, restaurants, and entertainment options, making your stay enjoyable and convenient. From the garage-there are 2 sets of stairs to access the unit that is on the 1st floor.

We had a lovely stay, as a family of 5 this is a great location with direct beach access and heated pool among other things the kids were well worn out every day! Lovely and clean apartment with all the essentials right there!

Our family of 5 stayed for 4 nights. It was a great location. The boys (teenagers) used the pool, sauna, spa and basketball hoop. The beach is so close and excellent coffee places all along the street (tried a different place each morning). The bathrooms and bedding were very clean - which can be very difficult in a humid environment - there was zero mould! 😁👏🏻 Val was great with communication and quick to respond. I would be happy to return here again…with or without the kids!
